Description:
Village lays in Marathasa valley and is famous for its cherries. Pedouklsa i village located in Nicosia district and is some 1000 meters above sea level. Pedoulas village is the cherry village of Cyprus with a religious heritage with its nine historic churches which are included in Unesco's World Heritage List. The most important one, is the Church of Archangelos (1474) which has a tiled roof. The interior is covered with beautiful wall paintings.
